Speak to Inuto Dragonblade on the second floor.

Inuto cracks her knuckles, looking you over. "So you need my help, do you? Remember, recipes are the main part of being a crafter. By purchasing or finding recipes, you can make items to sell or to use."

She glances over you. "I suppose I have some time to teach you recipes now, if you want. The greatest recipes, however, are ones you won't learn in a workshop."
