"The hobgoblins appear to have come across a plague and are spreading it about through food sources and vegetation. We must inform the Magistrate of what we learned. Travel east across the river and you will come upon the Magistrate's house. Speak to Taejin, Captain of the Shotaru. I will mark his location in your journal."
