The Paladin is a zealous crusader, focused on defending the weak and pushing the wicked. Their faith grants them Virtue, the ability to call down the will of the gods for aid. Paladins are impressive fighters, but they are also able to cast divine spells to bolster themselves and their allies, heal the injured, and revive the fallen. They typically wield one-handed weapons, but they can also use two-handed weapons.


Virtue Points

Virtue Points are a class resource specific to Paladins.

Paladins have 25 virtue points. They have many abilities, buffs, heals, etc. that use virtue points. Virtue points regen at a rate of 1 per minute, or paladins have an ability called Righteous Supplication that will regen all 25 virtue points every 20 minutes.

The Paladin stances are actually auras that give benifitual buffs to the entire group in addition to enabling the Paladin to switch betwee either Tanking, DPSing, or even Healing:

IconWarStance1.png Aura of Divine Power: You project an aura of power which increases the damage and accuracy of your group.

  • +10% group damage
  • +5% group accuracy

IconWarStance2.png Aura of Shielding: You project a defensive aura which increases your mitigation and hate generation and grants AC to your group.

  • +15% mitigation
  • +40% hate generation
  • Group gains 156AC

IconPaladinStance1.png Aura of Replenishment: You project a calimg aura, increasing health and energy regeneration for your group. It also augments the power, cost, and cast time of your spells.

  • Power of your healing spells increased 30%
  • Cost of your spells decreased 4%
  • Cast time of your spells decreased 8%
  • +6% group health regen
  • +4% group energy regen
