Go to a Blacksmith Forge (Finishing) on the second floor and choose "Quality and Complications Training" under the Special Recipes.
Jinra smiles slightly. "All finished? I'm eager to see your work."
Jinra says, "Well done. A higher grade means that the item will be more valuable or powerful. You can also make more money by producing quality goods consistently."
