"Northeast of here there is a hobgoblin encampment full of the worthless savages. Infiltrate and find the source of the plague. Bring me back evidence and samples of it and we will decide what to do from there."
"Remember, the Hobgoblins are ruthless and show no mercy, so I expect you to show them no better."
Head Northeast to the Hobgoblin Encampment. Underneath the large tent you'll find a Fleshridden Corpse on the ground.
You examine the corpse for any clues.
The structure of it indicates it was a hobgoblin. Perhaps these invaders are enemies to them as well.
