Walkthrough
"You will need to ride on the back of a pegasus to reach the temple. I will mark a location on your map of the last pegasus rider on the island, Raikil Windflower. He tames them and will be able to help you reach the temple."
"The date of Telon rests on you, [Player]. We will pray for your success."
Locate flight master Raikil Windflower northwest of the House of Shining Waves.
Raikil Windflower says, "It's a good thing you came along. I was ready to pack up and leave this island for good, with how poor business has been lately due to the war and planar invasions."
"I owe the priest a favor so the first pegasus ride is on the house. After that, you'll have to pay my price to rent one. Sorry, need to keep my stomach fed and free business means an empty stomach."
"When you have the Pegasus, it will stay with you for ten minutes. After that, it will abandon you and fly back to me. Don't you worry, each Pegasus will grant you an emergency levitation spell so you don't fall from the sky and make a mess of the earth."
Completing the quest doesn't put the pegasus in your inventory so make sure you speak to Raikil Windflower and tell him "I'm ready for my free Pegasus."
